- Any copayment is due at the time of consultation and at all fees are required to be paid at the completion of treatment.
- We value your time, so please value ours. If you arrive past your appointment time we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and unfortunately may not be able to provide same day treatment to individuals who arrive late to their appointment. If this occurs, we will do our best to accommodate you at our next available appointment.
